Acceptance of the Terms of Use

Please read these Alight Integration Center Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully as they are a binding agreement between you and Alight Solutions LLC (“Alight”).  By accessing or using any website or page which links to these Terms (“Website”), you agree that you have read and understood these Terms, accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, and to comply with applicable laws.

The Website contains a variety of information and resources including, but not limited to, information and resources relating to Application Program Interfaces ("APIs") (collectively the "Materials").

Please read these Terms carefully and fully each time you access or use the Website as these Terms periodically may change and may be revised at any time and from time to time in Alight’s sole discretion by updating this link.  Certain provisions of these Terms may be superseded by legal notices or terms located on particular pages of the Website.

Accessing the Website

Alight reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Website, and any Materials, in its sole discretion without notice.  Alight will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.  

You may be asked to provide information to Alight to register and create an account to access the Website.  From time to time, Alight may restrict access to some parts of the Website, or the entire Website, to users, including registered users.  Information you provide to Alight, as well as all other information collected about you when you visit the Website, will be governed by Alight's then-current Privacy Policy at https://alight.com/privacy.

You understand and agree that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account passwords. You also acknowledge that your account is personal to you and agree not to provide any other person with access to this Website or portions of it using your user name, password, or other security information. You agree to notify Alight immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your user name or password or any other breach of security.  Alight reserves the right to disable any account at any time in its sole discretion for any or no reason, including if, in Alight’s opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms, have used the Website in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the Website, or have used any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Website.

Use of Materials

The Website and its entire contents are owned by Alight or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and/or other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Alight grants you permission to use the Website and the Materials solely for informational purposes to understand and evaluate the APIs, and you may print or download Materials and/or make a reasonable number of copies of thereof, solely for such purposes (and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution).  Unless as expressly authorized by Alight in the foregoing sentence, you may not use the Website or any Materials for any other purpose nor copy, publish, display, distribute, alter or make derivative works of any Materials. You may not remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on any Materials.

APIs

This Website is intended to provide information about APIs.  Access to and/or use of APIs shall be provided under, and governed by, a separate written agreement between Alight and you or your organization.  Except as may be expressly agreed otherwise in a written agreement between Alight and you or your organizations, Alight may revise or cease to provide or support APIs without notice at any time in Alight’s sole discretion.

Governing Law/Forum

You agree that these Terms and any legal action or proceeding relating to this site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without reference to its choice of law rules.  By using this Website, you agree that any legal proceedings related to this Website or these Terms must be the courts in Cook County, Illinois, USA which have exclusive jurisdiction.
